Wasn’t sure if I was going to post this but here I go. This is a 2 part goal.. My goal weight is 235lbs. I started F3 at 263 and currently at 251.5 (weighed myself after a workout and before breakfast). I have kinda hit a plateau recently and need to reevaluate my diet and sleep schedule. Second part of the goal to score an excellent on the Navy physical readiness test.
    push-ups >56
    forearm plank >2:451.5 mile <11:45.

Thanks! I know I will need help along the way, but right now I know what to do to get started, I just need to do it.

It takes a lot to share with everyone and it is a big step. I know that posting here regularly and taking the picture of the scale is a big help at keeping me accountable. You can do it. It’s just a pound at a time goal. Here for you brother

Thanks everyone! Accountability is what I need. Once I get started usually I can loose weight and semiquickly.
I bought a new scale, I’m not sure how accurate it is, but I think it can be useful for benchmarks. Kinda fell off the workout wagon, but was able to maintain a decent diet and really cut back on my beer intake.

Hey good job on maintaining and no worries on the workout part. Come on out and get back into the routine.
