My goal is to lose enough weight to get below a 6 minute mile this year, with the ultimate goal of being below 5 minutes.

Weight loss isn’t as much of a concern to me as body fat %. I would like to be at or under 5% body fat.

My original goal for this month was to be under 200 lbs by our 1st Softball game but I thought that was on the 17th not the 12th.
I don’t know if it would be safe or wise to try to get to that BUT I do think that is possible by May 21st, my official birthday.
      Under 200 by May 21st, 2021!!

Close! 1 more big push. It is going to take a lot of strength tonight as we are going to Crusade for date night with Tourniquet and his wife before the baby. Smart choices and an understanding of a higher commitment will need to fight my Jester

Thank you Dilly for the accountability. I definitely would not have kept my Queen in check last night without your support. Thank you Tourniquet for supporting my decisions

Mother’s day lobster rolls, brownies and donuts got me. I spiraled quickly and definitely have some ground to make up this week. Will be sacrifice Lincoln Games EC to stay healthy and on track to get below 200 by next Friday. I have some serious work to do.

Up today but it was somewhat intentional. I have been fretting knowing where I am for my Ragnar pace time. I haven’t done any long distances since my weight loss began and I really wasn’t sure where I was at. With the very strict diet and calorie deprivation, I have been nervous to try because I didn’t want to get hurt.
Yesterday afternoon I made the decision to eat like I was going to be running distance and I definitely consumed a few more calories than normal. But I got up this morning and got 10 miles in and it felt great!
I am up a bit but that was expected and totally worth it

I am going push as hard as I can but in a healthy way. Down again. Feeling good and strong. Going to opt for the afternoon beatdown on Virtual over my 5 mile run to give my body a break from running today. Legs were definitely heavy at RC and starting to get some blisters

I am going to bust my ass to get these 4 lbs off between today and tomorrow but I typically weigh in after my beatdown and so there is definitely some water loss. I plan to have breakfast and bloody Mary’s after Saturdays beatdown so the scale probably will not be nice

My binge weight loss comes to an end today. I missed my goal but am so very proud of myself. The idea of losing 75 lbs in just over 4 months was daunting at first but with the support and accountability of this group I came pretty damn close.
The real journey begins now as I learn to balance my Queen and continue to keep my life in check.

Jesters won this weekend for sure. Taking this week as a neutral week. Body is a bit beat up from the last 5 months so I am going to recover so I can make a good push to get that mile time below 6 minutes.

This image says it all. Been in a funk the last week with my hip flexor injury. Ate like shit, drank way too much and have been an overall sad clown. Have some meditation and reflection planned today to get my mind right again. I can honestly say though, I have been miserable and I have not enjoyed it. In the past, I would binge and it would “make me feel better” this past week as been the exact opposite. Everyday I felt more and more like shit. Ready to take back what I threw away last week and get to 5% body fat

Been weighing in but have been failing to post here. Thank you for the nudge @dilly_dilly after my bday I weighed in at 215. Been slowly coming back down and now at 211.
Need to get my routine back and hoping this week I can mentally get back on track and keep up my end of this deal.

My birthday timeline has come and gone. I fell short by less than a pound but I am not disappointed. The last couple weeks I have not been true to this group, which in return has not been true to me. The Queen is an everyday commitment that I let slide the last few days. Accountability, as we will discuss this week, cannot be done by yourself. I was weighing in but was failing to give my brothers the opportunity to keep me accountable.
I slipped slightly but am refocused.

Back from vacation. Ate way more than usual. Definitely drank more than usual but only up 5 lbs. Kept my workouts pretty consistent and added a swim and run here and there. Go to Punta Cana in 2 weeks and would like to be below 195.
