    February 2020 I was at 325lbsI finally tried running and noticed that my knees weren’t going to agree with that choice. I bought a bike and never looked back. When I joined F3 in October 2020 I was at 305. The lowest I’ve gotten down to in the last year was 259, I am currently sitting at 272lbs. I fluctuate between 268-272. I feel like I have definitely gotten so much stronger over the past 7 months. I can run now more then I ever thought I’d be able to and faster then I’ve ever been able to. My knees still scream at me and I’m goal is 250lbs. Most days I feel better then I ever have and I want to continue feeling great.

    Crushed some excellent tacos yesterday but was smart about calorie intake the rest of the day to balance everything out. The last 2 days I’ve felt really good at BC. Water, water, water

      Water is so underrated. I still don’t get enough of it but the tacos sounded good! Keep pushin’ good things ahead!

    I didn’t take a pic but I’m sitting at 269.5. It’s been a crazy streak of work since Mother’s Day and I had my wisdom teeth pulled last Tuesday which put me in a weird situation of being told not to workout for a week. I replaced my F3 routine with some evening yoga. 13 hour days at work have made it tough to make it out in the morning but I’m trying to get back in the routine. I’ve been trying to give my kids my energy and sacrificing giving it all in the gloom. Just need to get back in a rhythm

    268.2 on the scale this morning. 250 is the main focus right now

      I basically threw the scale away. I feel like stepping on it everyday was getting in my head. I’m trying to do it once a week as a progress report. Calorie tracking is good. The weight isn’t coming off, but the last 2 weeks I’ve been hitting carbs aggressively to keep me going knowing that I would be running 15 hour shifts everyday. Energy was high and I feel really good. Currently sitting at 267

    There it is. Whether I like it or not. 2 trips with lots of exploration and eating for the restaurant. No excuses now. I feel good, but I definitely have become inconsistent. Time to get back on track. 255 by Halloween.

    The goal is to stick to 1200 calories this first couple of weeks to really shed. Ate really light and clean yesterday, happy with first day results

    Moving in the right direction. It’s hard for me to calculate calorie deficit without knowing burned calories accurately, but keeping consumption below 1500 calories seems to be the trick.

    Have cut all vacation weight in 3 days. Day 3 of plant based diet. Really feeling good. High energy, nice and light on my feet. Hoping for continual loses on the scale down to 265 before a plateau

    Today starts day 4 of meat free diet. Today is also the start of my weekend so we’ll see how stable I’m able to hold the calorie deficit while being off. I have a pretty good routine going during work. Getting there
