    158.5 – good progress with calorie deficit yesterday

    Been in a funk the last couple of weeks where I have a good week & terrible weekend going back above 160. Goal is to have a good weekend & accelerate next week with Lincoln games & hit my elusive goal of under 155 by next weekend.

    Maintained at 158.5 from yesterday. Had a really good day on calories. Had a late dinner due to softball & was pretty hungry so consumed a bit more calories than I would like closer to bed time probably the reason maintained.

    Stuck at 158.5 & disappointed after I had a really good Friday which has not been the pattern recently. Oh well keep pushing.

    Had a pretty good weekend except a big steak on Saturday night for Mother’s Day request but not showing on the scale. Been maintaining this same weight for about 5 days now. Hope to shed a few lbs this week with Lincoln games.

    Weds 5.12Continuing to make progress. Another 1000 calorie burner day and made good choices so right around 1000 net calories consumed for the day
    Stretch goal is to get under the 155 mark by end of week (originally that was my goal by the 22nd.

    5.13. Major calorie burn at 1500 calories with softball in the evening. Showed on the scale. Feeling good about hitting the under 155 by end of week. Need to watch my calorie intake though so I am not running such a deficit I am tearing my body apart. Thanks for the encouragement everyone.

      Thanks for checking in brother. I have been in a funk the last few days. First travel since COVID & did not make good decisions the past 2 days on eating with snacking in the car on the drive to Iowa & eating out twice yesterday. I am going to need to come up with a system to make better choices with more travel in the future. I am guessing I am probably at 160 so not near my goal. I am going to run a mile for every 1 lb I am over my goal as my accountability.

    Bad few days with travel and not holding myself accountable. Going to need to build some Gerard rails as I travel more. However the scale was not as bad as I expected this morning still staying under 160. Work to do to still get to my goals

    Bad week for me. Up about 5 lbs. managed alcohol consumption pretty good over the weekend but anything sweet I had a chance to eat I stuffed my face with. Back on it today

    Good couple of days. Close to pre Memorial weekend weight. Still chasing the inclusive under 155 milestone. Goal is to get there by July 4th. Going to have to be focused with a lot of summer events going on.

    Feel good with a maintain after a weekend which was not the worst but also not the best in terms of choices.

    This is the lowest I have been since March 20th. I made great decisions this weekend. This will be the week I get under 155. LFG!!!!!!
