    I started my #BennyJourneyTo200lbs probably 5 years ago when I was like 220…clearly, job/life/stress, everything piled up. That’s how I got to 285ish…the goal is still 200 pounds. I know it’s lofty and I know it’s a roller coaster–but F3 has provided motivation, support and consistency…so let’s do this!

    Big gain this morning. Definitely feel like I had a lot of sodium yesterday and didn’t have enough water. Solid ruck this morning. Hoping to head back down tomorrow…

    Dropped a pound. Ate better yesterday and it showed. Weekend is upon us…it will be a mental and physical battle to eat reasonably and stay active.

      Corningstone, set a goal, Post it here and the also post your accountability check (punishment). Remind yourself every time you need to make a decision about food/drink

    Didn’t have a great day Friday. Had a grilled chicken salad, but we added some pizza for taste test purposes, so had a couple pieces. Rebounded with grilled chicken and asparagus for dinner. All in all not as bad as it could have been. Down a pound. Goal will be 270 post Lincoln Games at Sunday weigh in next week. Again, I have NEVER lost substantial weight so I set the goal and I want to reach it!

    Quality weekend of some good food but not really any snacking. Only a few beers. Great weight to start the week trying to get to 270 post Lincoln games

    Same as two days ago which isn’t a bad thing. Had a burger yesterday, no bun, grilled chicken wings (couple curds) while golfing…and a couple beers. Solid workout today and EC Ruck!

    Little delayed in posting. I had 2 days of a lot of sodium and my blood sugar levels were crazy up and down. Been a busy week of burning calories—but it’s almost been a curse bc I’m definitely more hungry and eating more than I should. Had the sharp gain, then got that pound back. Need to drink more water and not lose touch of that.

    I think I’ve been stuck in a Lincoln Games hangover. I’ve been eating more carbs but weight has remained steady. There might be like 19 pictures connected to this bc I couldn’t figure out how to delete them. Gotta get over this 276 hump…and then keep striving for 270. Chunking 10 pounds at a time.

    Didn’t eat the healthiest yesterday (had some pizza) but did an F3 workout and indoor cycling workout. I like heading into the weekend closer to 276 instead of 278-280. Also worry the weekend means some bad eating. Preaching discipline to myself.

    First time under 275 since starting F3. Made some big strides in the last month. Worked out, mowed—now about to have a burger no bun. Just focusing on no overeating and eating less fried food!

    Like where I’m at to start the week. Really think I can make a push for 273 or lower this week if I can stick to good decisions. Probably had a little too much protein yesterday at a BBQ, snacked on some chips. Did have a beer — but nothing crazy. Planning on grilled chicken salad for lunch and beef and grilled peppers for dinner. Following a similar formula throughout the week with a premier protein shake after workouts in the morning.

    Really wanted to see the 273.8 when I saw 274 pop up. Seeing numbers go down is addicting. Stuck to plan and had grilled chicken salad for lunch, then audible at home with a little breakfast for dinner. Eggs, bacon, hashbrowns etc. probably could have eaten half the hashbrowns but didn’t overdo it. I know people do their queens differently—intake, counting calories and things like that. While I’m seeing that stuff now, I am not always counting, but I am WAY more conscious of what I’m eating. That’s been big in overall losing the 10 pounds or so since April 9. Let’s keep going!

    Not a terrible number coming out of a long weekend. Ate plenty but didn’t overall go crazy. I’m stuck at this 274-276 range. Would love to see some 273’s with some discipline this week.
