    One way is to have spotter. So one of the east ways to do this is to place chair behind you. Grab the pull up bar, either bent your knees cross your feet and place them on the chair or bench. Now you can pull up on the bar at the same time using your get to push off the chair to help you complete a pull up. Your feet are a pivot point are used to relieve a percentage of body weight to help you achieve a couple of pull ups. You can use you feet a lot or a little depending on what it takes to complete a complete set.
