    If you are following the schedule you probably noticed things are not on exact weeks. So technically your rest day should have been yesterday and you start 30 pull ups today. However it does not really matter your cadence just get better and get your fing 1000 pull ups done

    I’ll take my rest day today and start with 30 Monday. Getting a bit stronger but pull ups are no joke.

    Enjoyed my day off from pull-ups, but got after them again this evening. Set of 5 strict, the 3 strict. Was able to complete 2-sets of 5 kipping, then needed the black band to complete the remaining 3 sets of 5. Felt strong out the gate, but like Dilly said, I can’t wrap my head around doing 60 of these bastards.
