    DR at F3 Indy’s new AO The Depot. I arrived early to knock out 10 pull-ups. The beatdown had a modified MORPH workout. Knock out 7 sets of 5 pull-ups.
    45 this morning.

    5 sets of 6 and 2 sets of 5; getting harder but getting stronger as well

    Trying to get’em done while camping…3 sets of 5 so far. Not many places to do them at the camp ground and parents started looking at me funny when I pulled up on the kids swing set 😜🤣
