    I ordered a pull-up bar and it arrived today. I’m excited for this challenge as pull-ups are currently a weakness of mine. This will get me on the path to making them one of my strengths.

    Focused on form (starting with full extended arms hanging to chin above the bar, hands overhand) I’m at 4 consequitive pull ups before fail to start. Posting this for accountability and to check progress at the end of the month.

        I think I like the daily thread idea. I’ll go ahead and kick that off. Should keep the thread from getting unwieldy/long and keep the current posts/mumblechatter front and center

    Got mine done. Wasn’t sure why type of pull-up we are doing. Wide grip or Narrow

      I did my first 5 with a hammer grip and will do a classic pull-up grip for my next 2 sets of 5. I might go wide for the last 5 but will likely have to space those out.
