    Knocked out 5 sets of 4 at The Wood this morning (good pull up bar by the basketball courts) mixing in a little lap around the parking lot in between sets. @stormchaser showed up & knocked some out as well while @Sparkler was doing some hill runs

    Knocked out 12 at the ridge, 3 sets of 4, which had really no good place to do these, used Jellystones band for some assistance.. will hit the park by the house and get the rest

    2 sets of 10 at home and 10, 5, 5 at Pre Bc at the Wood between @DillyDilly’s sets. Thanks for keeping the bar dry for me lol.

    Was able to get 3 strict pull up in this morning unassisted. Boy the lats are sore today! Did 5 more with band before beatdown. Finished 2 sets of 6 with Happy Camper after coffee. Needed to use black band for all.

      Using the band is really helpful especially when you do it to failure. Wait until we hit the 40/60 per portion of the challenge. We are all going to develop bat wings by the end of the challenge.
