    Off and running. I’m more used to doing chin-ups (palms facing in) so definitely felt more challenging goin with a double overhand pull-up grip. Two sets of 10.

    Man these are hard. Did Disco give any tips yet cuz this going to be a struggle. Got 3 in… went to the bathroom and got two more sets of 3 in not sure what that says 😜may be tmi!

      One way is to have spotter. So one of the east ways to do this is to place chair behind you. Grab the pull up bar, either bent your knees cross your feet and place them on the chair or bench. Now you can pull up on the bar at the same time using your get to push off the chair to help you complete a pull up. Your feet are a pivot point are used to relieve a percentage of body weight to help you achieve a couple of pull ups. You can use you feet a lot or a little depending on what it takes to complete a complete set.

    20 done, I did mine 5 narrow grip (arms close about shoulder width) 5 medium grip (about 6-8” from shoulders) 5 wide grip and 5 more back at medium

    5 sets of 4. Honestly the most consecutive GOOD pull ups I did was 3 and the 4th one in each set was assisted. This is harder than I anticipated

    Got em in just as the rain came in. 1 set of 4 was all I really had then a half ass set of 3. Rest were broke into 2 sets one 7, then a 6. Needed to self spot. Hope they get easier….

    Just did my last set of 5. The wide grip is so tough. I am going to start each set with that setup and go to failure (which is 1 right now) then switch to the other grips.
