The Ridge – Tuesday – Bootcamp – FOUNDATION’S WHEEL OF FITNESS

Come on out Tuesday to try Foundation’s Wheel of Fitness.  Have you heard of Wheel of Fortune?  Well, it’s nothing at all like that.

 

We will have 9 exercise stations set up under the pavilion which will give you a total body workout using coupons, dumbells, bodyweight exercises and jump rope.   There will be shorter runs mixed in (between 0.07 mile to 0.1 mile runs) that total up to about 1.75-2 miles.

If there is heavy rain, then we will substitute cardio exercises for the run portions.  This will be a great workout to come MASH at and still feel right in the mix getting a great workout with your friends.

Foundation Fun Fact of the Day:  It takes 62 muscles to frown and only 26 to smile so save your strength for the exercises and just smile.  If you can’t think of something to smile about then look at the picture for the workout (It was Foundation Pre-F3)
