The Ridge – Thursday – Bootcamp – FOUNDATION’s FANTASTIC FOUR LADDERS

July 1 @ 5:15 am - 6:00 am CDT

We will be doing an OYO ladder workout involving four “rungs” that have coupon/bodyweight exercises at them with running between (distances will be between 0.05-0.12 miles for each leg of running)and will be in the parking lot.   Bring coupons and gloves.  It will be a good workout for our brothers who might be MASHing.
