Gentlemen, this morning we will be doing a modified version of The Murph workout by partnering up and kicking ass.  We will be getting right after it at 5:15, so warm up on your own and be ready to get to work.  I have a few pull up bands that I will bring, but feel free to bring your own.  Can’t do pull-up, no problem.  Modify to Carolina Dry Dock and let’s get after it. Aye!
