We will be sticking to the parking lot, pavilion and paths. It will have two thangs and they will be OYO. It will be a combination of a few of my previous Qs and will add an exercise that I’ve only seen used once in any of the BCs that I’ve been to. (And no, it’s not crab walks up the hill)
There will be a mix of full body body weight and coupon exercises with some running.
Bring our coupons, running shoes and gloves. (And bug net for your head if you have one)
