Under 30 days until Grow Ruck St. Louis. This will be a workout to just get mileage in. However weighted vests, ruck sacks, sandbags, etc. are highly encouraged. Publicly state below in the comments if you will be wearing extra weight & how much.
My commitment is my 30 lb ruck plate & plan to do 5 min intervals (3 min ruck & 2 min mosey).
