This will mark 43 days from Grow Ruck St. Louis.  Just like we live 43 feet in front in F3 I am going to ramp up the intensity level of this workout.  We will ruck some miles (& when I say ruck you better be prepared to mosey ruck as we will move with pace).  We will do some hills & we will have extra weight.  This workout will not be for the faint of heart.  If you dare drop your HC below!!
