The workout will consist of 1 thang with five stations spread out around the AO. We will stay on paths and the parking lot. It will be OYO and will consist of bodyweight and coupon exercises, bear crawls, jump rope and core exercises with short running between stations (increments between 0.05-0.10 between stations).
