Thang 1: Work Through The Week
There were 5 stations setup (Monday-Friday). Each station had 3 exercises. Once the PAX completed the exercises, they ran to the end of the parking lot and went to the next day.
Monday: 50 merkins, 20 burpees, 50 air squats.
Tuesday: 50 Coupon Chest Press, 50 LBC’s, 50 Goblet squats
Wednesday: 50 Carolina Dry Docks, 50 pickle pushers, Over/Under the fence to the cone and back.
Thursday: 50 arm pretzels, 50 WWI sit-ups, 50 calf raises
Friday: 50 Grady corns, 50 Superman, 50 lunges (25 per leg)
American Hammers, protractors, Merlin ring of fire (3 merkins), hold squat until 6:00.
I explained that I had a rough week of work and this was compounded by me having a people-pleaser personality. I shared that I realized that I have to be able to find positive reinforcement from within because controlling other’s reactions to your actions is out of one’s circle of control. So I emphasized finding satisfaction from within and being proud of the effort you put into any situation knowing that it was your best effort!
