Thang 1:

Split into 6 teams of 4-5, Mosey to the football field.

1 ball carrier ran the sideline from end zone to end zone.

3-4 line backers lined up across the same side of the field as the carrier on the 10 yard line.

Ball carrier sprinted the sideline while line backers took pursuit angles to tag the ball carrier before he scored a touchdown.

Each Team performed the following exercises in the end zone between sprints. Workouts changed every Quarter. 4 sprints= 1 quarter

1st Quarter: 20 Merkins, 20 Grady corn

2nd Quarter: 20 Carolina Dry Docks, 20 LBC’s

3rd Quarter: 20 Jump Squats, 20 American Hammers

4 th Quarter: 20 Mountain Climbers, 20 Leg Lifts

Over Time: Fastest Pax from each team ran pursuit Angle drill for 200 yards. Remaining pax sprinted behind
