Leave coupons at the hill then Indian Run to the bridge, stopping halfway there for 40 Air Jump Rope Jumps and 40 Plank position shoulder and knee touches. At the bridge 30 Merkins and 30 Drop Squats. Once completed PAX lined up in Wall Sits on the bridge. Indian Bear Crawl while in Wall Sit across the bridge. On other side repeated the Merkins and Drop Squats and Indian Bear Crawl with Wall Sit back. Repeated the Indian Run back to the hill, stopping again for Air Jump Rope Jumps and Plank shoulder and knee touches.
At the hill we split up into 4 groups of 4(2 shadows). PAX 1 ran up the hill and back while Pax 2 did coupon chest presses, Pax 3 coupon curls, and Pax 4 overhead presses. When the runner got back everyone moved up 1 position until all completed a rotation. Rinse and repeat switching out regular run for Bernie Sanders up the hill.

I’m going to talk a little about fear of change. I’ve been comfortable for a little while, which is good. But recently I’ve been thinking maybe I’m a little too comfortable. It’s not a bad thing but I think I want more. I have a routine, a work routine, a routine at home etc. It’s gotten pretty “turn key”(work especially) but I think it’s time to push for a little more. I encourage you all to get out of your comfort zones as well. That idea you’ve had, whatever it may be, it’s time to go for it. What are we waiting for? What’s holding us back? Eleanor Roosevelt said “Do 1 thing every day that scares you”. Jack Canfield says “Everything you want is on the other side of fear”. I’m going all in. If we fail, at least we gave it a go. If we succeed, our comfort zones will be just that much better. John Rockefeller said “Do not be afraid to give up the good to go for great”. I’m going for great!
