Cold morning feels like 7 degrees.  Got to the AO early to set up, some of the Pax are there to do an early Run.  Soccermom comes early to help with setup.

Partner Workout

Partner 1 starts frog jumps to middle cone, lunge steps to end cone and then runs back.  Partner 2 starts 100 merkins,  100 air squats,  100 Carolina dry docks, 75 burpees and 100 LBC’s

Four Corners

Cone 1 – merkins. Big boys, SSH

Cone 2 – burpees,  goblet squats, curls

Cone 3 – monkey humpers, plank jacks, skull crushers

Cone 4 – chest press,  mountain climbers,  bent over rows

Overhead carry coupon from cone to cone

Naked Man Moleskin 

Sometimes we have to search to find good things when we are in bad situations-but they are there.  We are 10 months into the Covid virus home lock down order and its been tough on everyone.  But I found that everything in my life got pushed to the side except for what really matters- times with my family.   I also jumped out of my comfort zone and started to get healthier through F3.  Better physically,  mentally and spirituality.   Keep pushing men, sometimes that’s all we have – and all we need!
