Great one today starting with some warmups in the parking lot and then taking the coupons to the hill. Champagne run to the water tower and then Indian run back up and over the hill. We did 11s of shoulder presses and burpees. Then a partner DORA at the top of the hill including curls, coupon presses, derkins until Mary time. Mary was in the parking lot with coupons for coupon lbcs, coupon American hammers, and coupon pull throughs. We got a lot accomplished in 45 minutes and thanks to everyone that came out.
