It was a steamy Monday morning at The Ridge and 14 other PAX showed up to get better. I ran out to the bottom of the hill to drop a sign with exercises on it around 5:05 A.M. and moseyed back to the flags. 5:15, so let’s roll. YHC led the PAX out to the hill with coupons and dropped them at the base of the hill, circled up for WoR.
Tappy Taps IC x 10, Arm Circles x 10 forward and backward, mosey half way to bridge.
Finish WoR with Imperial Walkers x 10 IC and Hillbillies x 10 IC, mosey to the bridge for The Thang…
The Thang was a repetitive Circuit of exercises and running..
At Bridge, wall routing consisting of Balls to the Wall 10 shoulder taps, down into 10 merkins, back up for 10 shoulder taps and 10 merkins. Rinse and repeat until 5 rounds completed of each or 50 shoulder taps and 50 merkins.
Followed by 50 Hydraulic squats (push off 25 on each leg), then run back to hill
At hill perform 50 kneeling curls with coupon, run up hill for 50 squat jacks, run back down for 50 big boy sit ups, then run back to bridge and rinse and repeat circuit.
6MoM was 4 count leg lifts IC until 6:00 A.M.
CoT – simple leadership principles… 3 categories of leadership actions. Those things we should keep doing, stop doing, and start doing.
I challenged everyone to identify a couple things that they do well and make an effort to KEEP doing them, then also identify some things (1st F, 2nd F, or 3rd F) that they should stop doing and make an effort to actually stop doing them. Finally identify a couple things that would be helpful or beneficial for them to do and START doing them.
