Chilly morning. WTH. Excuse to grab a quick 1.5miles EC with Dilly before kicking off the workout. Decided to go without coupons. Felt right. Also decided to grab a random “Funky Gym Workout” playlist from Spotify. It was “ok”. Got going right out of the gate.
10 Burpees OYO
Mosey to bottom of hill on the west side. AMRAP for 10 minutes. Bear crawl up, 20 merkins at the top, crawl bear down, 20 bbsu. Repeat. The BBSU had to be facing uphill on an angle.
Mosey to shelter. AMRAP for 15 minutes. 20 Abyss Merkins, run around shelter, 20 box jumps, run around shelter.
Sit on tables, legs over edge.

We do some pretty hard things in F3. Many of us have had a hard journey just being in F3. But the hard work is what rewards. I’m convinced there’s not much of an end goal but rather the process is the goal.
And I think that’s the point of truth in love. It’s hard. to give it and receive it. But the hard process is goal.
