Indian Run over to Playa Vista neighborhood

1/4 mile-ish loop is clear of ice and snow

Fast and Medium guys should run on inside of the loop

Clydesdales should run straights and walk the sides on the outside of the loop

Control Alt Delete
When you hear these three words, I’m guessing you think of resetting a computer when the computer is acting up. A simple Control Alt Delete would allow you to reset the computer and start fresh to keep working.
Well, Control Alt Delete can be applied to our lives as well…
Control = Control Your Mindset
It’s one of the few things in life that you can control. You have to get your mind right before you can start to change and make any progress. When you make the decision to get out of bed and start your day with an early morning workout, you are controlling your mindset.
Viktor Frankl was an Austrian Neurologist and Psychiatrist who survived the Holocaust and helped thousands of people. His focus was helping those who were suicidal to find their self-worth… basically teaching them how to control their mindset.
He said “Man does not simply exist but always decides what his existence will be, what he will become the next moment. By the same token, every human being has the freedom to change at any instant”.
Which brings us to…
Alt = Alter Your Thinking
If you’re ready to reset or change, you have to start thinking differently. Doing the same thing over and over again will get you the same results. You need to alter your approach if you want to see results. It’s why many of you “Clydesdales” are out here at Run Club today.

Delete = Delete Negativity
Get rid of any negativity that might prevent you from changing or achieving your goals. Don’t let anything or anyone bring you down or get in your way. Don’t let the crappy weather or your snooze button keep you from getting out here to better yourself.
