I broke a Run Club rule with a new warm up I learned on virtual and enjoyed.

Run over to the face of the hill that is closest to Grande Park Blvd. Run 100 meters up the hill, recover the 100 meters down the hill. Rinse and repeat until 5:54.
Windshield wipers until 6
F3 is all about strong men. We all have something to offer and it is our responsibility to each other to keep that positive and moving forward. Just like the hill, it was a large obstacle that we overcame today. Not 1 person quit and if you take that into your every day life, you will always reach the top.
