Thursday 6/3/21 the Colosseum
Beautiful morning. Sun was rising, temperature was perfect for burner. Got to the AO at 5:05 and didn’t have much to set up but some cones with the Tabata exercises. Set up the speaker and waited for the PAX to arrive.

Simplify: It has been an interesting experiment for our family to adjust to not having our kitchen / first floor available as we remodel. We have been forced to pack up our cabinets, drawers, etc. We have realized how much “stuff” we have and don’t really need / use everyday. We have adapted to this new way of life and besides not being able to make as many home cooked meals, i’m not suffering from the new simplified life we are living. This can be applied to others part of our life. We get so consumed with multi-tasking, new shiny gadgets, work / life balance, etc that have you thought about how to live a more simple life? This is not the easiest idea to wrap your head around but can be a good disruptor. Try thinking about how you can simplify your life and enjoy.
