Goals… we hear about them a lot. Toby brings them up regularly in his CoT’s, Pawn Star spoke about them earlier this week and I am going to talk about them a bit today. Last year, my big goal was to lose as much weight as possible as my fitness level improved. By June, I had lost almost 60 pounds and was feeling great. I was posting 5-6 days per week consistently and really didn’t have any other goals after this was achieved.
But towards the end of last year, I wasn’t able to post as much as I wanted due to a leg injury and also doing some side work with Pawn Star. Regular posting turned into 2-3 days per week. It set me back on my fitness level and also led to me gaining back a few pounds. So now I have a goal again to workout 5-6 days per week so that I can end the Crossroads year with over 250 posts. It won’t be easy, as it’ll require 6 packs 20 out of the remaining 26 weeks. But I know that I can get there because I have shared my goal with others who will help hold me accountable.
So I want everyone to take a minute and think about what your goal is for this year… it can be a small, simple goal or a major life goal. Let go around the circle and share your goal if you feel comfortable so that we can all keep each other motivated and hold each other accountable to help achieve our goals….
Each PAX shared their personal goals, many revolved around weight loss, post counts or overall fitness level improvements.
Keep working towards your goal and don’t be afraid to reach out to any of your brothers if you need help achieving your goal!!!
