2nd Q and yet still nervous. No one’s perfect.
After warm-ups of:
Side Straddle Hops, Abe Vagodas, Good Mornings and Arm Circles
We proceeded to break up into 2 groups, Toby leading 1/2 and I led the other 1/2 in a half loop parking lot.
We ran a loop the did a Sheldon Cooper (burpees, squats merkins and big boys) starting from 10-10-10-10 then ran 1/2 loop and then 9-9-9-9 all the way down to 1-1-1-1. Once completed we started back up again 2-2-2-2 then 3-3-3-3 until MARY
For MARY, we did LBC’s and 3 Merkin ring of fire each.
Every PAX did great!
