CoT: This week in Q source we talked about your Queen (diet) & how you cannot out Queen your King (Fitness). Read a excerpt from CS Lewis:

Who does his best to keep you from talking too much and eating too much by giving you dry throats and headaches and indigestion? When I was quitting smoking my Grandma & I talked about how hard it was. She taught me that the reason it sucked so bad was not because I was quitting smoking, but because I started smoking in the first place.
Changes in your diet & lifestyle may suck at first. But, they only suck because we’ve dug ourselves deep into ruts of bad habits. It’s up to us to dig ourselves out.
