The Countryman Clan has one last living member of the “grandparent” generation, our Great Aunt Georgia.  We all try to make time weekly to spend some time with her to have a meal and to help with some task like groceries, gas the car, air bike tires, etc.  These tasks are not big nor grand.  They take little time and effort, at most 60 minutes a week.  They may seem simple, but looking at it from her perspective, it means the world.  We are likely some of the only interactions she may have each week, giving her something to look forward to.  I encourage you all to reach out to someone and make that small effort to make a large impact on someones life.  AYE!

Naked Man Moleskin

Well this morning was a blast!  Had fun exploring the AO and got some good mumble chatter in with a few of the PAX.  The ruck beatdowns have lately been LOTS of PT, and I wanted to get back to having the ruck be the focus.  I really enjoyed this morning and hope this was a welcomed change up.  Note to self, leave IMMEDIATLY after EBC if you want to get to TW for a double tap.  The new 6:30 start is just enough time to make the trip.  Hope EBC CoT’s are short.
