Thank you all for joining me this morning.  It is such a great honor to have this opportunity.  This week I hit the 100 post milestone.  This was a big milestone for me.  When I started F3, I didn’t know if I would be able to stick with it.  Getting up at 4:30 each morning to work out seemed a bit much.  Add in the crazy weather we’ve seen this week, and I would have told you, “No way!”.  It isn’t easy to get up and get out each morning, even for the 100th post.  However, I have recently accepted that life is a series of small battles.  If you win more than you lose, you will make progress towards your goal.  If you lose more, you will begin to think your goal it set too high.  This morning, my workout was designed to have each of us work towards the goal of 100 reps of each exercise.  If you won the battle of each rep, modified or not, you would have completed 100 Merkins, 100, Big Boys, 100 Burpees, 100 Goblet Squats, 100 Shoulder Press’s and (10) 100 yard dash’s.  Looking at the goal of 100 reps of each is overwhelming, but breaking it into smaller sets, and pushing to win the small battles, allows each of us to get to 100 this morning.  I encourage each of you to negotiating with yourself in the morning, and get up, get out, and put the work in.  Even if you need to just go through the motions.  Getting out is the big battle.  The rest will fall into place.

Prayer Requests?

Today we lifted up our F3 brother Trickle and his family.
