Stop 3: Overhead Press (26)

Meet up with other group at the base of the bridge. Have PAX Spread out. There are two cones spread out approx. 26 yds. apart.

Move w/coupon to the other cone
Skull Crushers on your back (26)
Repeato twice for a total of 52 of each exercise

Dear Lord, thank you for the ability to get up, roll out of bed, the courage to make good decisions that make us better. Thank you for the strength of F³ Crossroads, the strength of this brotherhood.
