Last week my son asked me to help him put his belt thru his football pants.  If you haven’t done this before, its a pain in the A__.  But I was happy that he asked me since he only has a few games left in his senior season.  As I sat there stuffing my fat fingers thru the pants, I started to think about all the small things that we, as men, do for the others in our lives.  Each day we probably do dozens of small things that help other people around us and we never think about it.  I may not know all the men in F3, but I know enough that we are all hardworking guys that take care of our families and others.  Think about it this morning for a bit and throughout your day – the small things we do for our families, our fellow F3 men, people at work and strangers on the street.  We always talk about how we want to be better for ourselves and those around us and to keep pushing and striving – and thats important.  But sometimes, just for a little bit – its ok to remember that we are doing good and to feel good about ourselves.  Take a little time today to pat yourself on the back and feel good – and then get moving again!
