I loved this total body workout and my watch said that I averaged 171 BPM for 45 minutes. 14 PAX joined me today for an absolute smoke show that could take down the best of us but everyone is better because of it. Short WOR of SSH, Tappy Taps, and SSHs. Next part of the WOR was an Indian Run to the bridge and back with 10 Burpees in between. We then hit the hill for a set of 11s consisting of Shoulder Presses and Burpees. Next Thang was a partner DORA on top and down the hill with 200 Coupon Chest Presses, 100 Curls, 100 Big Boys, 100 Incline Merkins, 100 Coupon Swings. We did not get to the 1,000,000 Thrusters that was next on the list….maybe next time. Once everyone was sufficiently gassed we did a coupon Mary on top of the hill with Coupon LBCs, Coupon Hammers, Coupon V Ups, and Coupon Pull Throughs. COT was about positivity and how being positive in the face of adversity.
