60 seconds OYO stretching

Thang 1

31 seconds of each workout followed by 1 minute of 100 yard sprints. Rinse and repeat until thang 2.
Exercise 1: Monkey Humpers

Exercise 2: Shoulder Press

Exercise 3: Goblet Squats

Exercise 4: Arm Curls

Exercise 5: Coupon Swings

Rinse and Repeat

15 LBC’s

Rinse and Repeat until 6am
