Running and lots of running…one mile loop x 5.  Each mile had to be faster than the previous…for every mile not faster 10 burpees per miles not faster at the end of the run.

The HIM’s put the miles in today and made the decision to make themselves better.  We talked about the main ingredient in victory to our lives according to David Goggins is Discipline ALL DAY…There is no hack or sweat-less solution in life, there is no short cut only hard work!  You are going to have to work to accomplish your goals.  There is always weakness we can work on.  We also discussed about winning and how I learned from Bob Villa this week how winning is not something that is always against another, it is against YOURSELF!!!  Just like the THANG today, the HIM were fighting against THEMSELVES to be more DISCIPLINED and WIN each mile, better than the previous.
