Intro – Showed up way too early as I was excite for my 1st RC Q. Setup the cones and paver bricks or “tokens” as I trademarked them. Then got to stretching. Weather wasn’t too cold and the PAX started rolling in. Happy Camper parked his very large truck right next to the tokens…so I had to ask him to move.

Thang 1 – Indian Run Race – Broke up into 3 groups based on running ability: (1) Cheetahs, (2) Gazelles, & (3) Clydesdales. Group 1 has to do 6 half laps around the parking lot (where it has been plowed), Group 2 – 5 laps, and Group 3 – 4 laps. Each group must stay together and not leave the six behind. Losers have to burpees.
Thang 2 – “Token” Steal – Had the 3 groups from the previous Thang each count off by 1 & 2 to split into 2 evenly matched teams. 10 tokens were setup at each end of the parking lot, Team 1 stayed, Team 2 went to opposite end. Within new teams, partner up as you will take turns stealing tokens. When your partner returns with a token, you go steal another. 3 – 5 minute competitions…team with most tokens at the end of each race wins, losers do burpees.

COT – Accountability…Who is your accountability partner? Who do you trust, and who can you lean on during times of turmoil? Relying on your M to fulfill this does not lend to a healthy marriage. As Proverbs says, “Iron Sharpens Iron”, and if you don’t have a like-minded friend or group of friends in your life, you are destined to succumb to your mistakes / short-comings. You have a great group of men in F3, and do not let that go to waste…reach out to me or any other PAX you trust to start this relationship.
