Lap around the Lot
Four cones placed around the Hill, each cone lists three different exercises with reps. Round 1 – all Pax stay together and work each exercise at each cone – moving with coupon to each cone. Round 2 – Pax can accelerate and move ahead of they want to. At each cone before you start the exercises you must run to the top of the hill and back down, then do exercises and move on with coupon – coupon always stays with Pax but also stays at the bottom of the Hill. Round 3 – more of the same but bear crawl to top of Hill and crawl bear down – didn’t get to Round 3. Have to bring this back for a Saturday beat down with more time.

I recently had an issue at work that thankfully turned out not to be a major issue. But it centered on myself and some of my employees being complacent on a project. Although we were quickly and pretty easily able to correct the issue on this project, it got me to thinking about how I had become complacent and what else I was complacent with in my life – what am I taking for granted? We all do it especially when things are going well. I get complacent at home with my wife and things that she always takes care of with the kids and the house. I get complacent at work with ongoing projects and sales issues, and my employees. Over the past few weeks I have tried to be more honest with myself and more on point – to not be complacent, or lazy when I can be. My challenge to the Pax this morning is to think about how they are complacent – be honest with yourself and get it corrected. We owe it to ourselves and those around us – watch for it today, this week and ongoing.
