Each PAX started at the base of the hill with their back to the hill. We placed our coupon between our legs and lifted our coupon up and over our head and laid back behind us on the hill. We then rolled over and bear crawled past our coupon to get back straddling our coupon. We did this until we reached the top. Once on the top, we did 20 merkins then we ran down the hill with coupon in hand. We rinsed and repeated and the 2nd time we got to the top, we did 20 air squats.

Under the fence, over the fence (hip flexor burner). Started from one end of the parking lot and acted like we were stepping sideways over a 3 foot fence. Then we went sideways under the fence. Did this to the end of the parking lot and back.
Air squats, LBCs, Scissor Kicks, High Knees, Left side leg lifts, right side leg lifts, American Hammers, Coupon Smacks (ask Pi).
I shared how F3 has been helping me be accountable to my health more than I have in years. Many of these PAX push and continue to push me in a way I am so thankful for. I really emphasized not taking any push from other PAX as a negative because we are all here to help ALL get better!
