Thank you to all the PAX that choose to accompany me on the journey of my first Q. I am only a little bit sorry that it sucked as much as it did. Its safe to say I’m excited to get back out there and Q again.

Bears and Blocks from one end of the parking lot to the other and back (South-North) with coupon exercises at each line of parking spaces. The exercises were 25 reps of each Curls/Overhead Press/Goblet Squats/Skull Crushers/Bent Over Rows/ And finally ended with 15 Blockies
11’s starting with Burpees on one end and Monkey Humpers on the other, Tie Fighters were used to cover the distance between 2 lines of parking spaces for the 11’s

COT – I had never imagined that when I moved home I would be getting up at 5 in the morning to workout. My dad had told me about the workout group he does and I thought he was crazy for it. after a week or so of asking when I would join him, he got me to come out for the first time to see how crazy it was for myself. Ever since that first day I was hooked. I didn’t want to stop coming out to the gloom. I didn’t until about 2 days ago when I took some recovery in prep for my Q. That drive to keep coming out wasn’t only because I wanted to get better myself but because I had each and everyone of my F3 brothers encouraging me to come back out and to keep pushing myself farther than I thought possible, as well as having at someone at home asking me if I’m posting the next morning.
Basically I just want to say thank you to each and everyone of my Crossroads brothers for pushing me to do more reps, run faster, and get better.
