The Thang: 200 meter repeats – Divide into 3 groups. 1 group running 200 meters, 2 groups recovering. Next group starts when group passes finish line
Each team did 2 miles of sprints
Starting strong is good, Finishing strong is EPIC! Many of us took off really strong last week during the mile test but then tired and struggled at the end. As important as it is to start strong, the last 200 meters is what sets us a part. Take that into your daily lives as well. Get up and start the day strong here but don’t forget to finish strong as well. Kiss the wife, hug the 2.0s, wish a friend a good night or something to end the day on a positive. You never know how that will improve the start of the next race.
