The Easter Bunny payed a early visit to the top of the Ridge’s hill.
It was a perfect morning with perfect temps.
Warm up was motivators from 5, arm circles to 10 and a very squeaky voiced version of goofballs to 15.
Split into two teams and mosied over to the bottom of the hill with our coupons.
At the top of the hill, The bunny put out 2 piles of 14 eggs. 12 had exercises in them, one was empty and one was a surprise for the other team.
We raced against each team to the top of the hill, did 10 merkins and out team captain picked a egg from the pile. We then ran back down the hill and did the exercise. Rince and repeat. The empty egg meant we ran back up and got another egg and the surprise egg contained 5 extra burpees for the other team.
Finished with 11s because the Easter Bunny didn’t put it enough eggs.
Mary..we finished with timed plank updowns, 50 LBCs and leg raises to the letter E.
