I arrived 4:50 am to 32 degrees and a slight breeze.  Did set up as the PAX arrived.   Parking lot was clear and in good shape for BC

Thang 1:  We utilized the width of the parking lot.  East end was Coupon Work and West end was Burpees, Merkins and Leg Lifts

  • 25 thrusters –> duck walk to west end –> 5 burpees, 10 merkins, 15 leg lifts –> Welsh Dragons back
  • 25 overhead presses –> Leap frogs to west end –> 5 burpees, 10 merkins, 15 leg lifts –> Lunge, Lunge, Squat back
  • 25 goblet squats –> duck walk to west end –> 5 burpees, 10 merkins, 15 leg lifts –> Welsh Dragons back
  • 30 skull crushers –> Leap frogs to west end –> 5 burpees, 10 merkins, 15 leg lifts –> Lunge, Lunge, Squat back
  • 30 curls –> duck walk to west end –> 5 burpees, 10 merkins, 15 leg lifts –> Sprint back
  • 30 bent over rows –> Leap frogs to west end –> 5 burpees, 10 merkins, 15 leg lifts –> Lunge, Lunge, Squat back
  • 40 chest presses –> duck walk to west end –> 5 burpees, 10 merkins, 15 leg lifts –> Sprint back

CoT:  Made a quick reminder to use ALR amongst our brotherhood.  Ask, Listen and Remember everyones goals and assist your brothers in reaching their goals.

Todays message was centered on pushing past your limits.  Pushing past your limits means taking on newer, progressively harder challenges.  If your not challenging yourself to do bigger and better things on a regular basis, then your only working within the confines of what you can already do. This Men, is a sure fire way to stay exactly where you are and make little to no progress.  Keep in mind that most all limits you face are self imposed. The biggest rewards in life will always involve some pain to get there.  In fact, being uncomfortable is the only way to grow!  Your limits will never change if you don’t test them on a regular basis.  It is imperative that you turn your limits into milestones.  If you are unwilling to do so and not push past your limits, you will suffocate in your comfort zone.

Naked Man Moleskin:  Today was only my 3rd Q.  I still have alot of work to do but I want thank Vern, Gopher and the other PAX for the positive feedback and assisting me in becoming a better leader.
