I spend more time with my brothers and other PAXs than I do with my close friends. F3 gives me something I didn’t know was missing, and best of all I get to spend some of this time with Yanni. This is what we get to do because we want to do it.  We chose this and continue to choose it because we get to.

I arrived early to see three PAX go for an EC run to the water tower.

My nerves during my second Q were almost as bad as they were during my VQ.  I messed up cadenaces, counts, and movements, but the PAX supported me and helped me find my way.  We got after it this morning, everyone did.  I was spent during Mary to the point it sounded like I changed my tone to end the workout after the second rep.  There was also a pothole I appeared to be nestled in during plank holds.  Thanks for all the support this morning.
