We started at the flags and jogged a giant loop around the park stopping 4 times to exercise.

We partnered up. While one was doing the DOTs the other was doing Big Boys.

After a round of DOTs we sprinted to the opposite side of the lot for 12 leg lifts
we then sprinted to the other side for 15 LBCs and a 30 second plank hold.
I talked about a quote that was read to us in church awhile back. “Worry does not empty tomorrow of its sorrow. It empties today of its Strength.” Try not to worry to much about tomorrow and live today.
