- Both Coupons must make it to the bridge
- Each person must bear crawl over the bridge
- Each team must stop at the four beatdown stations and complete the workout twice; Teams can elect to do all the workouts on the way to the bridge or do halt on the way and half on the way back.

- Station 2: 50 Goblet Squats & 150 Bentover Rows
- Station 3: 50 Shoulder Press & 150 Chest Press
- Station 4: 50 Curls & 150 Coupon Step-ups

Was about me finding a virtual workout hosted by F3 Puget Sound. The only other PAX that night was Scarecrow from Ohio. He only knows the F3 Puget Sound PAX because he has only posted virtual and is looking forward to post in person. There are a ton of “us” out there and EH’ing people you think will getting what they want out of this is how F3 will make the goal of 250,000 PAX. Let’s turn up our EH’s.
