Warm a Rama
Do 40 reps of an exercise and 1 300 meter lap. You can break up the reps over the course of the 300 meters or do them all and then do the run. Only rules are to not cheat on form and to keep moving.
Was still recovering from my vaccination so I didn’t have much time to prepare. Today we focused on the core. A strong center allows you to continue to push through any obstacle. In training for the mile, this is what quarter mile 2 and 3 are all about. Perseverance, core and not quitting.
