2 groups on either side of the hill with coupons. One person runs up the hill with the ball, calls out an exercise, and throws the ball over the hill. In line order person from the other side grabs the ball and ascends. Repeat. Group on the ground does exercise.

I just wanted to put a little reminder here about the importance of rest. We often get so busy with our lives that we forget to take a break and relax. We always want to push on to that six-pack or extra post, but we sometimes need to remember that it’s alright if we don’t make it. Statistics are showing that we are some of the laziest and busiest generations. We don’t have to work as hard to survive yet we stuff our days full of activities. So I’d like to encourage all of you to take time off a task this week to go outside or lay in your bed, and just clear your mind of all the stress and deadlines.Just remember the world won’t collapse if you don’t finish your assignment. Nobody is desperately needing you to make that 6th workout. Who needs you more is your family and friends. Who YOU need more is your family and friends. Just remember, whatever crap hits you, you can always step away and still be fine. Aye?
